Cumulative discounts for our Clients

Exchange service SuperChange offers a Cumulative discount program to our Clients for all currency exchange directions. The service takes into account all your past exchanges made within the Client program: the higher the total volume of your exchanges, the lower our commission and the more favorable the exchange rate you get.

Unlike a tiered system, the cumulative discount grows continuously — without fixed levels. The discount increases proportionally to the total amount of your exchanges and is recalculated after each operation, so every new exchange immediately makes the next one slightly more favorable.

Alongside the cumulative discount, an Amount-based discount is applied, calculated based on the amount of the current exchange.

Total discount = Cumulative discount + Amount-based discount

Discount details

• Bonus discount upon registration: 5% of our commission;
• Maximum cumulative discount: 30% of our commission;
• Total amount of exchanges required to reach the maximum discount: 100000 SC$?SC$ — internal accounting unit;
• Maximum amount-based discount: 40% of our commission;
• Cumulative discount is calculated by the formula: discount = (total exchanges / 100000 SC$) × 30%, but no more than 30%.

Discount Program Terms

These Terms are part of the Client agreement of the SuperChange service (hereinafter — the "Service") and define the procedure for providing Cumulative discounts. Use of the Client program with discounts constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Subject

• The Program provides registered Clients with a discount on the Service commission for all exchange directions.
• The discount reduces the Service commission and is not a separate payout; it does not apply to the exchanged amount itself and does not guarantee a specific rate.

2. Types of discounts and calculation

• The cumulative discount depends on the total volume of the Client's past exchanges, grows continuously and is calculated by the formula: discount = (total exchanges / 100000 SC$) × 30%, but no more than 30%.
• The amount-based discount depends on the amount of a specific operation and is up to 40% of the Service commission.
• The total discount is the sum of the cumulative discount and the amount-based discount; the specific parameters are given in the "Discount details" section above.
• Upon registration, the Client is granted a bonus discount of 5% of the Service commission.

3. Accounting and assignment

• Only exchanges made within the Client program under the Client's authorized account are counted toward the volume.
• The cumulative discount is recalculated after each completed operation and is tied to the Client account. Transfer, sale or merging of accounts is not allowed.

4. Restrictions

• Any actions to artificially inflate the discount are prohibited: splitting exchanges to circumvent the conditions, registering multiple accounts, fraud and other abuse.
• The Service has the right not to count toward the volume exchanges that were cancelled, returned or deemed abusive, and to cancel the discount in case of violation of these Terms.

5. Changes to the terms

• The Service has the right to change the Program parameters and rules at any time (including discount amounts and threshold sums); the current version is posted on this page. Changes do not apply to already completed exchanges.
